If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund.
🧼 Hygiene Notice: For hygiene reasons, towels that have been unsealed from their original packaging cannot be returned unless faulty. Please ensure the item is unused and unwashed.
The customer pays for shipping.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to dispatch your order from our studio in The Netherlands. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. We use DHL or PostNL depending on your location.
Outside the EU / Iceland? No problem!

Jenný designed them in the studio in Den Haag, Netherlands. Then we work with an amazing team in Türkiye, where there is a rich tradition and deep expertise in crafting towels. The Wall Towel would not be here without them.

Washing:
- Machine washable on a 30°C gentle cycle
- First wash before use
- Avoid bleach and strong detergents
Wrinkles?
- Simply steam from the reverse side to smooth it out
